The pioneering company in the contactology sector, specialized in contact lens optics, moved in their new offices in Cornellà del Llobregat last 25 of November.
Conóptica chose the Business Park Citypark for the sevices they offer and for the possibility of contracting a larger surface in the case their projects grow further on.
Forcadell has advised Conóptica in renting their new offices located in the Business Park Citypark in the municipality of Cornellà del Llobregat (Barcelona). The contact lens optics company has conducted this transaction looking to transfer their old facilities in L´Hospitalet de Llobregat and locate their new offices in Citypark as well as their new lab where to manufacture contact lenses. According to the announcement made in a statement by the company, “the evolution of Conóptica in recent years needed a headquarters in line with it. New and stylish facilities that will allow us to enjoy growing in an open green space and where we can offer our best service, the best clinical advice and conduct our training sessions in a pleasant environment.
The Business Park Citypark provides a business environment for companies with easy access to the Ronda de Dalt, located just 10 kms from the centre of Barcelona, 10 minutes distance from the El Prat Airport and 15 minutes from the harbour of the Catalan capital. The Park, which currently is at its 80% occupancy, has several services like 24hour security and restaurant-cafeteria in the premises.
According to Manel de Bes, director of Forcadell's Office Department “many companies opt to get installed in business parks due to the numerous comforts and advantages they can obtain: wide spaces, common areas, restaurants and bars in the same park, the possibility to realize synergies with other companies or being able to contract more space in the same park, among other things.”
Conóptica is a professional contact lens optics company with over 50 years’ history and has four main specialized services: a commercial area, clinical advice, training and the laboratory where contact lenses are manufactured with costume-made parameters.
